Ben has spent the last sixteen years in recruitment both in London and Scotland. Having started his recruitment career in marketing he then moved across to work in the technology, engineering and now financial sectors. For the last five years he has focused on consultancies, asset managers and risk managers and recruits across the UK at mid to senior level. He has also been heavily involved in on-line recruitment solutions. He works for Hornby Chapman in an advisory role.
