Liam has spent the last 10 years in recruitment after leaving university where he studied Economics and macroeconomics, he started his career at the boutique search firm Elliott Ross associates where he quickly moved through the ranks to cover the structured products sales and marketing area. Liam then moved to Hays PLC where he was responsible for building their front office search practice. He was then approached by Credit Suisse again to look at their front office recruitment internally.

Over the past 5 years his focus has become more aligned with the Prime Brokerage, Securities lending and Hedge Fund markets, and in that time has established himself as one of the leading recruiters in this field.
