Following on from my last note, sentiment seems to be perceptibly improving in the market; roles are being raised, interviewed for and filled. Confidence towards the balance of the year is on the up - I'd suggest that Q2 will be better than Q1, and whilst summer will be quiet as it traditionally is, Q3 / 4 will be strong - at least I hope so!
