HornbyChapman Ltd is a specialist recruitment firm focused on senior permanent and contract/interim hiring within the Asset Servicing industry.

Paul Chapman and Victoria Hornby formed HornbyChapman in December 2006.  Both had identified a need within the asset servicing market for a diligent, experienced firm which could bring added insight, professionalism and integrity to the hiring process at senior level.  They therefore brought together their complementary skills sets from senior positions in the industry to form HornbyChapman.  The firm’s significant success to date has been a vindication of that move.

On October 1st 2013, HornbyChapman took over SkillsHub Limited, a highly regarded contract and interim recruitment firm which had been founded by George Stavrinidis to broaden their product offering in response to changing industry and client demands.

We focus on roles from middle management to board level in Sales, Risk, Consultancy, Relationship Management, Operations and Strategy / General Management for sell-side banks, buy-side institutions and consultancies. Our reach is global – we are currently working on roles in locations as diverse as Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Edinburgh, Dubai and Johannesburg. We bring a combination of industry experience and a strong, current candidate network with in-house and external recruitment experience.
