Andy Allen

Until recently Andy held the role of Managing Director and Head of RBC Investor &
Treasury Services, Asia Pacific ex Malaysia where he successfully delivered on
strategic business transformation, providing oversight to ensure governance
across business and functions, ensuring Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore are
aligned to global strategy whilst maintaining high employee and client
engagement.
He has held executive/senior leadership roles with Royal Bank of Canada in
Australia, Singapore and Malaysia, J.P. Morgan Investor Services and Standard
Chartered Bank in Singapore, Goldman Sachs, HSBC in Hong Kong and The Royal
Bank of Scotland in London.
With comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry, risk
management, regional operating and regulatory environment, Andy has a proven
track record in developing and aligning strategy with structure to ensure
successful business solutions for growth and expense control, stabilising
businesses and restructuring for growth opportunities.
