Senior Operations Team Lead, Taipei (175)

Our client, an established but fast-growing and exciting fintech, is looking to hire an Operations Team Lead in Taiwan. With a minimum of 5 years experience, this is a management role as the successful candidate will oversee the production technology systems, on-boarding of clients and for the facilitation of the QA team in testing of new code to enable new products, functionality and clients.

Other responsibilities include proactively monitor the production services, mentor and manage the Taipei team, provide first line assistance to internal and external clients, act as the incident manager for service incidents that arise and work to achieve a positive outcome in the shortest possible timeframe.
